"I was ready to buy, but the payment..."
I was ready to buy, but the payment kept failing over and over. It reminded me of those times when you’re stuck at checkout for ages and just feel your patience draining. What made it worse was that there wasn’t any clear help or guidance, so I ended up feeling frustrated and unsure what to do next.

I’ve ordered from greenmill.com a couple times and the products themselves were totally fine. delivery is where it gets frustrating, though. my last order showed up later than expected, and I didn’t really get any clear updates while I was waiting. it’s just annoying when you plan around a delivery date and then it changes. not the worst experience ever, but I don’t really trust their delivery timing anymore.

"Way too expensive and a hassle to deal with"
I feel like I paid way too much for what I got. The quality feels cheap, and on top of that there were just too many steps to get everything set up or sorted out. It ended up being more frustrating than it was worth.

I was trying to order a few bits, but it felt like about half the stuff I wanted was out of stock again. The site itself is fine enough, but it gets a bit frustrating when you can’t get most of what you need.

I had an issue on Green Mill where my order details weren’t showing up properly, so I reached out to technical support thinking it’d be a quick fix.
They did get back to me eventually, but wow, it took way too long. I also had to repeat myself more than once, which made it feel like some genius over there didn’t bother reading my first message.

It got fixed in the end, so I’ll give them that, but the whole thing was way more annoying than it needed to be. Not a total disaster, but come on, you clowns can do better.

"Billing mix-up added way more stress than I expected"
I got charged the wrong amount again and had to email them twice to get it sorted out. They did fix it eventually, but it was way more stressful than it needed to be. I wasn’t expecting to spend my time chasing down a billing issue.

I checked out greenmill.com thinking there’d be a decent amount to browse through, but it felt bare once I started clicking around. Some categories barely had anything, and a few seemed like they were just showing the same kind of product over and over.
It might be fine if you already know exactly what you need, but if you’re trying to compare a few options or just see what’s out there, it’s not really... I ended up leaving and finding another site with more variety.

"Something feels off with their stock and delivery updates"
I had a frustrating experience with greenmill, to be honest. The website showed the stock was fine when I ordered, then suddenly things changed after the order went through. Funny how that only seems to happen once they’ve got your order in the system. Delivery also turned up later than expected, which made it a pain to plan work around. Maybe it’s just bad communication, but it felt like the stock dates were more of a guess than something you can actually rely on. I won’t be rushing to use them again for regular orders.

The order itself turned out fine, but getting help was frustrating. Emails took a few days to get a response, and when they did reply, the answers weren’t very clear, so I had to ask the same question again. On top of that, I kept having to verify the same details more than once, which got annoying fast. They really need to work on their communication...

"Still Waiting for This to Be Fixed"
I had a problem with my order the support has been so slow. They kept telling me someone would get back to me, but nothing actually got sorted. I’m still waiting for either a proper fix or a refund at this point. What a joke. Really not impressed

I reached out to sales with what I thought was a simple question, and it took a few days to hear back. When they did reply, it still wasn’t really clear, so I was kind of left guessing. Maybe it depends on who you get, but if you need a quick answer, it wasn’t the best experience for me.

I didn’t have a great experience with greenmill.com’s customer service. It took way too long to get a reply, and when someone finally got back to me, the response didn’t really solve anything. The tone also felt dismissive, like they were just trying to move me along rather than actually help. I felt bounced around instead of supported, it put me off using them again.

"Not really the quality I was hoping for"
I ordered from greenmill.com, i was a bit let down. The product worked fine at first, so I thought it might be okay, but it just felt kind of cheap and not very sturdy. After only a few uses, it already started looking worn out, which was disappointing. Shipping was alright, no real issues there, but overall the quality didn’t feel worth what I paid

I ordered from greenmill.com the items themselves were fine, so I was relieved about that. But then I saw the box and my mood kind of dropped. It looked beaten up, and there really wasn’t much padding inside. A couple of things had shifted around during delivery, and one corner was dented, which was frustrating. It wasn’t a complete disaster, and I’m glad nothing was totally ruined, but I still expected the order to be packed with a little more care

The delivery was a little slower than I thought it would be, and I kept checking for updates because I wasn’t totally sure when it was going to show up, but in the end it did arrive and everything was fine, just not as quick as I’d hoped.
